Dr. Paul March-Russell

is particularly interested in questions of gender and genre in relation to civic and regional politics.  In Women’s Tales, he working on Nicola Barker, Emma Donoghue, Zoe Lambert and Lucy Wood.

March-Russell is Lecturer in Liberal Arts and Comparative Literature at the School of European Culture and Languages of University of Kent, United Kingdom. He is also the editor of Foundation: The International Review of Science Fiction, series editor of SF Storyworlds, editorial advisor to the Journal of the Short Story in English and Short Fiction in Theory and Practice, and a founding member of the European Research Network in Short Fiction and the May Sinclair Society.

Research interests: Contemporary British fiction; short story; critical theory; comparative literature.
