Dr. Carmen Lara-Rallo
has presented papers at several international conferences, and has published books, book chapters, and articles on different aspects of Anglo-American literature and criticism. Among her most relevant publications are a monograph on intertextuality, Las Voces Y Los Ecos: Perspectivas Sobre La Intertextualidad (2006) as well as the book-length study of A.S. Byatt’s fiction, La narrativa breve de A. S. Byatt: enfoque intertextual (2005) which was awarded the 2007 research prize by the Spanish Association of English and American Studies (AEDEAN).
Lara-Rallo is Senior Lecturer in English at the University of Málaga (Spain). In 2012, she was invited as the Spanish guest speaker at the International Doctorate Course “Short Tales in Western European Literatures” at the University of Pavia, Italy.
